Patients and doctors use Vorqard free. Hospitals and multi-doctor clinics pay ₹899/month. Labs and pharmacies pay ₹499/month.
Do you charge a platform fee or commission?
No. Vorqard charges 0% platform fee. You only pay your plan subscription — there is no commission on consultations, lab tests or pharmacy orders.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free — you're billed for 10 months and get 12. That's ₹8,990/year for hospitals and ₹4,990/year for labs and pharmacies.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Hospital, Lab and Pharmacy plans start with a 2-month free trial. Patients and doctors are free with no trial needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalties or hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit cards and bank transfers.
Do you provide onboarding and training?
Yes. Every paid plan includes onboarding help, and our team can train your staff when you set up.
Which plan should a clinic choose?
A doctor practising alone can use the free Doctor plan. A clinic with several doctors or front-desk staff should use the Hospital plan, which adds staff management, roles, and lab and pharmacy modules.
