Getting started
What is Vorqard?
Vorqard is a digital health platform that lets patients store, share and access their medical records through a personal QR code. It connects patients, doctors, hospitals, labs and pharmacies in one ecosystem.
How do I create an account?
Click 'Get started free' at the top of any page and choose your role — patient, doctor, hospital, lab or pharmacy. Fill in your details and verify your email. Patient and doctor accounts are free.
Is Vorqard free to use?
Patients and doctors use Vorqard free. Labs and pharmacies are ₹499/month and hospitals are ₹899/month, with 0% platform fee. Annual billing gets 2 months free (₹8,990/year for hospitals).
Security & privacy
Is my medical data safe on Vorqard?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and we run regular security reviews. We never sell your personal information. See our Security page for details.
Who can access my medical records?
Only you and the healthcare providers you explicitly authorise. You can grant or revoke access at any time from the app.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your data is securely deleted within 30 days. Medical records that the law requires providers to keep are retained as required by healthcare regulations. You'll receive a confirmation email.
QR health card
How does the QR code work?
Your QR code contains an encrypted link to your medical records. When an authorised healthcare provider scans it, they get access to the health information you've chosen to share.
Can someone else use my QR code?
QR codes are personal and encrypted, so an unauthorised scan won't reveal your sensitive information. You can regenerate your QR code at any time.
What if I lose my QR card or phone?
Your records are stored in your account, not on the card. Log in on any device and generate a new QR code in seconds.
For doctors
How do I access patient records?
Scan the patient's QR code or request access through the app. You'll see only the records the patient has authorised you to view.
Can I write prescriptions on Vorqard?
Yes. Digital prescriptions are included free for doctors. They're saved to the patient's record and can be shared with pharmacies.
Do you offer practice management tools?
Yes. Doctors get appointments, patient records, digital prescriptions and an earnings summary for free. Clinics with staff can move to the Hospital plan for staff management, roles, and lab and pharmacy modules.
For hospitals, labs & pharmacies
Can Vorqard work alongside our existing systems?

How long does setup take?
You can create your account and add staff the same day. Full configuration and staff training typically takes one to two weeks, with our team helping throughout.
Do you provide training?
Yes. All paid plans include onboarding and staff training.

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. There are two free apps on Google Play for Android: Vorqard Patient and Vorqard Doctor. iPhone apps are coming soon. Vorqard also works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
Which browsers does Vorqard support?
The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
